Fate Bell Cave Dwelling Tour - Seminole Canyon SP&HS - Every Wednesday through Sunday. Take a walking, guided tour to one of North America’s oldest cave dwellings whose walls are covered with Pecos River-style pictographs, some 4,000years old. 10-11:30 a.m. and 3-4:30 p.m.; fees. (432) 292-4464.

Devil’s Waterhole Canoe Tour - Inks Lake SP - Take a guided canoe tour and see many of the unique geological and natural features of the Hill County and the park. Learn about the area’s geology and how it affects local plants, animals and economy. Canoes, paddles, and lifejackets provided, along with brief skill review. Participants are expected to have basic canoe skills; if not please attend a canoe skills clinic prior to taking part in this program. Wheelchair accessible if transferable. 4-6 p.m.; fees $5 TCP members, $6 non-members, $5 senior citizens, $5 children 12 and under; reservations required. (512) 793-2223.

Wild Cave Tour - Kickapoo Cavern SP -This rugged 3-hour adventure hikes across fields of loose boulders into the heart of the Great Kickapoo Cave. The primitive tour passes the 80-foot tall twin columns, the largest known formation in Texas. Participants should be in good physical condition, must bring two light sources per person, and sturdy footwear. 1:30-4:30 p.m.; fees; reservations. (830) 563-2342.
